today was like hell my trianing squad was doin all the stuff the CIs call us to do and the syuff are comando crawling and cameleon crawling and we did it from faith 1-1 to faith1-2 to hope2-1 to hpoe2-2 and finally faith 1-5 and that was like siao but we all didi it except me i give up when i almost reach the destination and i fell that i didnt give it my all and i wasnnt proud of myself as others did it no matter wat they are going tru. I am very very very disapionted in myself and the day has ended and CIs gregory say that when u are suffering hell go all the way. aqnd the one thing i learnt is that ''NEVER TO GIVE UP PERSERVER TO THE VERY END EVEN THOUGH U ARE SUFFERING THRE IS PPL SUFFERING THE SAME AS U IF THEY NEVER GIVE UP SHOULD U'' And 1 more thing ''THINK OTHER BEFORE SELF AND PERSERVER ON NO MATTER WAT U ARE GOIN TRU'' That all 4 today
